Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, redline, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
Provide legal counsel and guidance on contract matters to various departments
Analyze contracts for legal risks and compliance issues

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
Minimum of five (5) years of experience practicing corporate law
Experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm
Knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulations
