Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial and Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support across various aspects of the law, with an emphasis on commercial contracts and negotiation, corporate governance, and compliance issues
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in a U.S. state or the District of Columbia
• At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably with one or more years focusing on commercial and/or corporate matters
• Experience in financial services and/or technology, a plus
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
