Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - US Based Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating franchise agreements and related documents
- Negotiating vendor contracts, preferably with SaaS and IT experience
- Providing expert legal advice on compliance and business-related laws
Required Qualifications:
- JD Degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 5-8 years of legal experience
- Franchise law experience preferred
- Some in-house legal experience preferred
- Preference for understanding franchise laws and regulations
