Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support internal business partners and assist on a broad variety of corporate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate governance and transactional matters, including drafting resolutions and managing disclosures
• Manage corporate transactions and post-close integration of acquisitions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate initiatives and draft key employment agreements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or technology company
• J.D. from a well-regarded law school and active good standing with at least one state bar
• Knowledgeable about technology and software development
• Experience with M&A and investments involving technology companies
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
