Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to manage legal functions related to capital markets, M&A, and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support capital markets team in negotiating and maintaining financing facilities
• Manage structuring and execution of M&A opportunities, ensuring smooth transaction processes
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advising on risks and terms

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree; member of at least one state bar
• 4+ years of in-house experience, preferably in fintech startups
• Experience with M&A due diligence and transaction management
• Successful negotiation of commercial contracts in a corporate setting
• Some law firm experience preferred but not required
