Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and administer corporate matters for the Legal office, including for all subsidiaries
• Manage, negotiate, and draft agreements with clients and assist the Sales team with legal strategies
• Review and advise on employment matters, marketing agreements, and technology procurement issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in legal practice
• Degree in Law from a top-tier University; post-graduate studies are an asset
• Experience with contract negotiation and risk mitigation strategies in a SaaS model
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
• Experience working in tech or SaaS companies
