Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to manage legal operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and draft various commercial contracts, including customer and vendor agreements
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to accelerate deal cycles while managing legal risks
• Develop scalable legal processes, templates, and provide legal advice across multiple business functions

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• 3-5 years of legal experience with a focus on commercial contracts, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with a business-oriented mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams effectively
• Start-up mentality: adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
