Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Counsel to provide legal support for healthcare transactions and strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for healthcare M&A transactions, including risk management and due diligence
• Advise on the negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements and provide legal recommendations on business ventures
• Conduct legal research and monitor industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks

Required Qualifications

• J.D. Degree from an accredited Law School
• At least 3 years of active legal practice experience; 4+ years preferred
• Experience in corporate transactions and contracting is required
• Healthcare transactional experience is preferred
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
