Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support commercial contracting across select portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including enterprise software license and cloud services agreements
• Support sales and commercial teams in negotiating customer and partner agreements while advising on contract structure and negotiation strategy
• Manage multiple concurrent negotiations and collaborate with various teams to resolve commercial issues and assist with disputes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience
• Experience negotiating enterprise software agreements, including software license and SaaS agreements
• Familiarity with enterprise software licensing models and channel partner agreements
• Prior in-house or law-firm experience representing software or technology companies preferred
• Active membership in a relevant Bar association
