Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial contracting
• Healthcare industry experience, preferably in digital health or related fields
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory dynamics
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a business-oriented approach
