Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in corporate law or in-house legal work
• Strong understanding of contract law and compliance issues
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
