Job Summary

Corporate Counsel, a full-time role that involves providing legal support in commercial contracting, litigation risk management, and employment law matters within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements while supporting cross-functional teams
• Identify and manage potential litigation risks and disputes, advising on strategies to minimize exposure
• Provide legal support to HR on employment matters and assist in building legal team processes

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• 2 - 4 years of legal experience, preferably in-house at a commercial technology company
• Experience in commercial contracting, particularly with SaaS and technology agreements
• Familiarity with legal operations technology platforms and litigation management
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
