Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

To support strategic business initiatives, the full-time Sr. Corporate Counsel will provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures while managing contract drafting, review, and negotiations in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for healthcare M&A transactions, including legal strategy coordination and due diligence
• Advise on and assist in the negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements, including confidentiality agreements and letters of intent
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support strategy development and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required qualifications

• J.D. Degree from an accredited Law School
• At least 3 years of active legal practice experience, with a preference for 4+ years in relevant fields
• Corporate transaction and contracting experience required; healthcare transactional experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
