Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and agile Legal Counsel, the remote position will manage legal, commercial, and compliance risks, focusing on contract negotiation and corporate governance while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex agreements while managing the full contract lifecycle
• Provide legal advice on employment law matters and identify legal risks related to data privacy, security, and compliance
• Support corporate governance, litigation, and regulatory compliance, including managing statutory and internal compliance matters

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent)
• Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification legal experience with expertise in corporate and commercial law
• Proven mastery of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, comfortable in a multi-national context
