Job Summary

To provide strategic in-house legal support, the full-time Corporate Counsel will focus on complex vendor contracts, technology agreements, and healthcare regulatory matters while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of vendor, technology, and healthcare agreements while overseeing the contract lifecycle
• Advise on healthcare regulatory compliance, practice management, and enterprise risk management to ensure adherence to laws
• Partner with executives to identify legal issues and develop practical solutions, while managing external legal resources effectively

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in good standing of any State Bar
• 4+ years of legal experience with a focus on healthcare regulatory matters and complex contract negotiations
• Exceptional contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with a commercially focused legal advisory background
• Strong judgment in assessing legal, operational, and business risks
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and legal operations tools is preferred
