Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced in-house Corporate Counsel, the full-time remote position will manage contract drafting, provide regulatory compliance support, and collaborate on transactions while requiring periodic in-office presence in Stamford, CT.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and advise on insurance policies, contracts, and agreements while partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Advise on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable statutes and regulations
• Collaborate with business units on structuring and implementing transactions, including managing claims and disputes

Required qualifications:

• Law degree from a nationally accredited law school
• 8-10 years of legal experience in a corporate legal department or a nationally recognized law firm
• Prior experience in the property and casualty insurance industry
