Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Counsel, the full-time remote attorney will manage procurement contracts, oversee supplier negotiations, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while supporting general corporate matters as the role evolves.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards
• Develop and improve procurement policies and contract management processes for enhanced efficiency
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal aspects of procurement and contract management

Required qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited university or equivalent foreign law degree
• Admission to a local bar and in good standing
• 5+ years of legal experience focused on procurement or commercial contracts, preferably in-house
• Strong business acumen and experience advising on the practical implications of legal terms
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
