Corporate Counsel
Job Summary
Providing in-house legal support across the full contract lifecycle, the full-time Corporate Counsel will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements while advising sales teams on legal risks and contributing to compliance and process improvement initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, and redline client-facing commercial agreements to ensure alignment with the company's risk tolerance and standard terms
- Negotiate terms of commercial agreements with client counsel and counterparties
- Conduct legal research across multiple practice areas and provide actionable analysis to senior leadership
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctorate Degree required and admitted to at least one U.S. state bar
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of professional legal experience required, preferably with contract review and negotiation
- Strong analytical and legal research skills with knowledge of contract principles
- Proficiency with legal technology tools, such as contract management systems
