Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, the full-time Corporate Counsel will focus on commercial contracting, drafting and negotiating client engagement letters, vendor agreements, and nondisclosure agreements while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate client engagement letters and master services agreements across various service lines
• Handle vendor, software, and data agreements, including nondisclosure agreements and office leases
• Support acquisitions through contract and employment diligence and assist with employment matters and entity governance

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• Four to five years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in a legal setting, including personal involvement in workflow development
• Ability to manage a varied workload and exercise sound judgment in escalating issues
• Clear written communication suited for executive audiences
