To support legal operations, the part-time Corporate Counsel will manage compliance, provide legal guidance on contracts, and assist with risk management strategies remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Required qualifications

- Active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction
