Corporate Counsel
Job Summary
Providing strategic in-house legal support, the full-time Corporate Counsel will manage complex vendor contracts, technology agreements, and healthcare regulatory matters while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of vendor, technology, professional services, and healthcare agreements, overseeing the contract lifecycle
- Advise on MSO-style practice management, physician operations, and value-based care initiatives to ensure compliance with healthcare laws
- Partner with executives and business leaders to identify legal issues and develop practical solutions
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in good standing of any State Bar
- 4+ years of legal experience focused on healthcare regulatory matters and complex vendor/technology contract negotiations
- Exceptional contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with a record of providing commercially focused legal advice
- Sound judgment in identifying and balancing legal, operational, and business risks
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and legal operations tools is strongly preferred
