Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate various agreements related to transactions
• Manage legal due diligence process and coordinate with outside counsel
• Advise on corporate and securities matters, including compliance obligations and SEC reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate or Foreign Equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as a corporate attorney in a large law firm
• Experience in M&A transactions, debt capital markets, and public securities law matters
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
