Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide legal support and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters, contracts, regulatory compliance, data privacy, employment law, and intellectual property
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with open source licensing requirements
• Manage and mitigate legal risk, develop policies and procedures, and support corporate governance and intellectual property matters

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Expertise in corporate law, contracts, and compliance matters
• Experience working with technology companies, especially in cybersecurity sectors
• Strong understanding of open source licensing models and compliance
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices
