Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle M&A deals, financing, and project management
• Manage outside counsel(s)
• Gain a generalist practice and provide mentorship

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in a law firm setting
• Experience with M&A deals, financing, and project management is a plus
• Ability to work remotely and report to an attorney located in the Research Triangle
• Strong knowledge of corporate law
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
