Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their legal team remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on various corporate matters including policies, regulatory disclosures, and stakeholder engagement
• Provide support for capital markets transactions
• Assist in drafting and reviewing public disclosures and corporate communications

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of corporate and securities law experience
• Expertise in corporate, securities, investments, and other corporate transactions
• Experience implementing public company reporting processes
• Pragmatic strategist capable of resolving legal issues in the context of commercial goals and risk thresholds
• JD degree from an accredited US law school and a member in good standing of a state Bar
