Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and compliance support to the company, including drafting and negotiating agreements
• Manage legal risk and develop policies and procedures
• Advise on intellectual property matters and stay informed about legal developments

Qualifications:

• JD from a top-tier law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. state
• 8+ years of law firm and in-house experience
• Experience in high-growth technology companies preferred
• Strong knowledge of privacy and data security principles
• Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment
