Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and analyze purchasing and strategic software agreements
• Collaborate with the Corporate Development team to execute complex transactions related to strategic partnerships
• Advise internal clients and colleagues on other corporate and commercial legal matters

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a corporate attorney
• Proficiency in applicable corporate and commercial laws and market practices
• Ability to quickly adapt to new business priorities and provide pragmatic advice
• Experience supporting large and dynamic organizations
• J.D. and member in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
