Corporate Counsel (Active Bar Required)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide legal guidance across various departments while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance for product launches, marketing campaigns, and operational workflows
• Advise on privacy requirements and manage data governance practices
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and manage disputes and regulatory inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in the U.S
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in privacy/data issues and commercial contracts
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial agreements
• Ability to translate legal requirements into actionable processes
• Experience in a PE-backed environment is preferred
