Corporate Counsel, Advertising Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Advertising and Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on advertising and marketing claims, ensuring compliance with FDA and FTC regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements related to manufacturing and supply chain
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks while supporting internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• Five to seven years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in consumer brands related to dietary supplements, nutrition, or cosmetics preferred
• Deep knowledge of FDA and FTC regulatory frameworks
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
