• Partner with COO to drive operational strategies and oversee project execution
• Manage financial processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Extensive legal background in blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors
• 5+ years of legal practice in an international law firm or corporate environment
• Experience in an operations-focused role or environment
• Minimum of one year in a dynamic web3 environment
• JD from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
