Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel specializing in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, redline, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients in the finance sector
Provide legal support on matters related to Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance
