Job Summary

Corporate Counsel - CA Licensed, full-time remote position responsible for leading corporate legal strategy, governance, and legal operations, while providing legal guidance across various teams and managing commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and advise on product-related legal issues
• Manage cap table, equity structures, and oversee corporate compliance across jurisdictions
• Build and scale legal processes, including contract lifecycle management and legal tech systems

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school and membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar
• 5-8 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company
• Strong experience in commercial contracting, particularly SaaS/tech agreements
• Hands-on experience with cap table management and equity compensation programs
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and emerging AI regulations
