Job Summary
Seeking a Corporate Counsel - CA Licensed, the full-time remote position will manage legal advisory on sweepstakes compliance and gaming regulations, draft and negotiate contracts, and provide guidance on evolving legal matters in the iGaming sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a legal advisor on sweepstakes compliance and gaming regulations across all jurisdictions
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and partnership agreements
- Monitor and interpret state and federal gaming regulations, providing clear guidance for the business
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in general business law with a focus on gaming or sweepstakes law
- Direct experience in iGaming and/or sweepstakes law is strongly preferred
- Background in a large law firm or in-house at a high-growth company
- Strong track record in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance
- Highly independent and self-directed with a proactive, business-first mindset
