Corporate Counsel - California Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate governance and international corporate structure
• Support M&A transactions, financing activities, and strategic partnerships
• Advise HR and leadership on employment law matters and manage employment-related disputes

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing
• 7+ years of experience in corporate and employment law, preferably in-house or at a leading law firm
• Expertise in corporate governance, securities law, and employment regulations
• Experience handling employment-related disputes and compliance matters
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong business acumen
