Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Director, Corporate and Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on capital markets transactions globally, including various financing structures
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and assist with corporate governance matters
• Serve as a legal advisor on major business transactions and oversee due diligence processes

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or corporate setting
• Strong background in capital markets and corporate governance
• In-house experience in FinTech and/or with emerging markets is a plus
