A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Clinical Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate various clinical-related contracts
• Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to address legal and contractual matters
• Identify risks and propose alternatives to meet business objectives while reducing company risk

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to a US state bar
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in law, including 2+ years in clinical trial agreements
• Strong legal analysis skills and knowledge of regulations impacting pharmaceutical contracts
• Proficient in Word, with working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Access
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
