Job Summary

Experienced legal professionals will find a full-time salaried Corporate Counsel - Colorado Licensed opportunity focused on managing commercial contracts, providing product and platform legal support, and advising on regulatory and privacy matters in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Maintain and update platform-facing legal documentation while partnering with Product and Engineering teams
• Provide practical legal guidance on regulatory, privacy, and risk management issues to support business operations

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 7-10 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in negotiating technology or SaaS commercial agreements
• Working knowledge of privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
• Experience advising businesses in regulated environments and translating regulatory requirements into practical guidance
• Strong business judgment with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
