A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on contracts
• Provide legal and strategic business advice on commercial aspects of products and programs
• Facilitate timely closure of transactions while minimizing risk exposure

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, including 2+ years in-house, ideally in the software industry
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Experience leading complex contract negotiations
• Ability to drive and project manage cross-functional projects
• Willingness to take on matters outside primary practice areas
