Corporate Counsel, Commercial Attorney

Job Summary

To support strategic partnerships and complex negotiations, the full-time remote Senior Corporate Counsel, Commercial will independently draft and negotiate enterprise-level contracts, focusing on technology transactions and business development while collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including SaaS and data licensing agreements
• Provide strategic commercial counsel to align legal solutions with business goals
• Manage proactive deal execution and cross-functional partnerships to advance business development

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and state bar membership in good standing
• 8+ years of experience as an attorney with a focus on complex technology transactions
• Extensive knowledge of SaaS contract law, IP law, and privacy regulations
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of actively negotiating complex agreements
• Strong experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams of stakeholders
