Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Commercial Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and RFPs
• Provide legal advice and risk analysis regarding contracts to support business operations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, including reviewing marketing materials

Required Qualifications

• JD from a top law school; State bar admission required
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal environment
• 3-5 years of corporate transaction experience focused on commercial agreements
• Experience in providing timely legal advice to commercial and procurement teams
• Familiarity with advertising law and compliance issues
