Job Summary
Providing day-to-day legal support for contracts and business operations, the fully remote Corporate Counsel - Contracts will draft, review, and negotiate various agreements while managing legal matters and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and supplier agreements, including NDAs and consulting agreements
- Serve as the primary legal point of contact for NDAs/MNDAs, managing matters from intake through signature
- Provide legal support on corporate governance, employment questions, IP rights, and vendor disputes
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3-10 years of relevant legal experience with hands-on commercial contracts or transactional work
- Experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong contract drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of agreements and competing priorities independently
