Corporate Counsel, Cybersecurity
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic legal team remotely, the full-time Corporate Counsel, Cybersecurity will serve as a strategic legal advisor on cybersecurity matters, lead responses to incidents, and develop legal strategies to combat cyber threats targeting DoorDash and its stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic legal advisor on cybersecurity risks, programs, technologies, and legal obligations
- Lead the legal response to cybersecurity incidents and investigations, advising on strategy and communications
- Develop legal strategies to investigate and disrupt bad actors targeting DoorDash and its partners
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of legal experience with a Juris Doctor degree
- Experience in cybersecurity, cybercrime, enforcement, or related legal issues
- Ability to make decisions in ambiguous and fast-moving situations
- Experience in a law firm, government, or in-house legal department
- Authorization to practice law in the U.S. state where located
