Corporate Counsel for Client Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Client Contracts) to provide legal support and counseling for client agreements and related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on client-related issues, ensuring alignment with company policies
• Collaborate with departments to draft, negotiate, and review client contracts, participating in negotiations as needed
• Support dispute resolution and recommend improvements to contractual templates and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer, preferably in clinical development
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate business practices and contracting models
• Ability to counsel and interact with mid-level and senior executives
