Job Summary
Supporting DKeX as a full-time Corporate Counsel, Gaming Regulation, the successful candidate will provide strategic legal guidance for regulated prediction markets, advising on compliance with the Commodity Exchange Act and related regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal partner for DKeX and related regulated exchange and clearing initiatives
- Draft, review, and maintain exchange rules, policies, and governance materials to support regulated market operations
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting derivatives markets and advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and opportunities
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited institution with excellent academic credentials
- At least five years of legal experience, preferably in law firm, in-house, or government/regulatory settings
- Experience advising on financial services regulation or derivatives markets
- Ability to analyze complex regulatory frameworks and provide practical legal advice
- Experience with Designated Contract Markets or financial regulatory agencies is preferred
