Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Product & Intellectual Property.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to product, engineering, and business teams on product development and lifecycle matters
• Advise on intellectual property issues, including patents and licensing
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and technology-related agreements

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal practice experience
• Experience in intellectual property, product counseling, or technology transactions
• Strong understanding of contracts and commercial legal principles
