Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Product & Intellectual Property to provide legal support across product, engineering, intellectual property, and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to product, engineering, and business teams on product development, launch, and lifecycle matters
• Advise on intellectual property issues, including patents, licensing, and related strategy
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial, technology, and product-related agreements

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership and good standing in at least one jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal practice experience
• Experience supporting intellectual property, product counseling, or technology transactions
• Strong understanding of contracts and general commercial legal principles
