Corporate Counsel - IP (USPTO Registered)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - IP to lead and support global intellectual property initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement intellectual property strategies for products and technologies
• Collaborate with outside counsel on patent prosecution and trademark enforcement
• Provide legal advice on IP-related matters and assist in contract compliance

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Registration to practice before the USPTO
• 3+ years of experience in patent law, including U.S. and foreign patent prosecution
• Some experience with trademark prosecution and enforcement
• Strong interest in intellectual property and corporate law
