Corporate Counsel - JD Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide transactional legal support for commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including SaaS and vendor agreements
• Support sales and business teams with timely legal guidance on standard commercial issues
• Manage contract processes, including redlines and approvals, while coordinating with internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Three to five (3-5) years of legal experience, preferably in technology or SaaS companies
• Experience with enterprise sales contracts, professional services agreements, and vendor contracts
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes and standard templates
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
