Corporate Counsel (Labor Law)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel with a focus on Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on multifamily, hospitality, real estate, and corporate law
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for rental operations and engage with cross-functional departments
• Draft and review contract documents while managing legal due diligence budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and JD from accredited universities
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state
• 3+ years of related experience, preferably in multifamily
• Experience coordinating outside counsel and working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technologies
