Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Labor Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in all aspects of labor relations, including arbitrations and negotiations
• Act as the company's point of contact for all union activities
• Handle labor-related compliance matters

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of private sector, management-side labor relations experience
• Expertise in conducting arbitrations and negotiating union grievances
• Experience in handling strikes, picketing, and labor-related compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Experience reporting directly to C-level executives
